The criteria to qualify for the Peace of Mind Guarantee are as follows: new bookings made on selected Hays Tour Operating holidays travelling in Winter 2020/21 and 2022/23 and Summer 2021, 2022 and 2023. And that's not all; direct debit and low deposit options are also available.
